1. ReviewWe check your role, organisation size and region against the criteria for the community. Most reviews take two working days.

2. Welcome callA 20-minute welcome call with a delegate consultant to confirm your seat and understand your priorities for the year.

3. ConfirmationYour seat is confirmed. Four weeks before the programme you choose your topics and the solution areas, if any, you want to meet about.

Your details are used only to qualify and seat you. They are never shared with solution providers unless you opt into a meeting.
