About Take n Tora

A room is only as good as its rules.

Take n Tora convenes private, peer-led roundtables for the senior leaders who run a function, and for the solution providers those leaders choose to meet. We started in South Africa in 2025 with HR. The format has not changed since: half a day, ten topics, peer facilitators, nothing recorded.

The model

Two sides, one standard.

Leaders sit for free, by qualification. Solution providers fund the room and meet only the leaders who asked to meet them. The economics work because the room is real, and the room stays real because of the rules on the right.

No presentationsFacilitators guide with four or five control questions. Peers do the talking. A provider who pitches in a peer session is not invited back.
Nothing is recordedPeer sessions are never recorded or transcribed for publication. Insights briefs are written from facilitator notes, without attribution.
Opt-in matchingA 1-on-1 happens only when the leader and the provider both chose it. No delegate list is ever handed to a provider.
Named by consentNo participant, organisation or quote appears in public content without written consent. Titles and industries are shared; names are not.
Seniority firstDirector level and above, at organisations with more than 100 people. A full table is never a reason to lower the bar.
Our own platformProgrammes run on Take n Tora’s private platform in the host region’s time zone, not on a public webinar tool.

Peer facilitators

Leaders who hold the role, leading the room.

Each facilitator is a practising executive in the community they facilitate. They are listed here with their consent.

The team

Small by design.

A programme director hosts each day. Delegate consultants qualify and seat leaders. A partnerships lead scopes and briefs providers. Nobody on the team sells in a peer session.
