Private. Peer-led. Invitation only.
Where senior leaders compare notes.
Closed-door roundtables for the people who run HR, technology, security, marketing, finance and operations. Half a day, in your time zone. No presentations. Nothing recorded.
I lead a function
Take a seat at the table. A complimentary seat, by qualification, in the room for your mandate. You choose the topics. A peer facilitates. Nothing is sold to you. Apply for a seatI sell to those leaders

Programmes run in four regions, always in the host time zone.
Three tables are being set.
Each programme is one function, one region, one half-day. Ten topics on the agenda, chosen by the delegates who requested a seat.
One room, two reasons to be in it. Leaders come for the peers. Providers come because the room is real.
For functional leaders
Benchmark against peers who carry the same mandate.
- 01Complimentary seat, by qualification. No fee, no pitch.
- 02You choose the topics that matter to your organisation this year.
- 03Sessions are facilitated by a fellow leader, never by a vendor.
- 04Meet a solution provider only if you asked to, for twenty minutes, with context.
For solution providers
Fewer conversations. Each one with the right person.
- 01Every delegate is senior, pre-qualified and has opted into relevant conversations.
- 02A delegate insights report before the day: priorities, challenges, budget areas.
- 03Three to four structured 20-minute meetings per delegate, matched on mutual interest.
- 04Contact details and follow-up support within 24 hours of the programme.
Communities
Eight functions. One discipline.
Every community runs the same way: the same format, the same rules, the same standard of who sits at the table. Only the mandate in the room changes.
Forming communities open once enough qualified leaders in a region have registered interest. Registering costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How a programme day runs
Half a day, built around the people in the room.
Every programme runs on Take n Tora's own private platform, 08:30 to 14:00 in the host region's time zone. Peer sessions in the morning, chosen 1-on-1 meetings after.
The rules that keep it honest. They are why leaders come back, and why providers get a real conversation.

A leader
“The forum was excellent. The facilitators were strong and the peer engagement was real, not performed.”
Kyla-Rei Mulligan, Head of Culture and People, Eden Care Group [consent to publish pending]
A partner
“Meaningful connections and strategic partnerships, not a stand and a badge scanner.”
Andrew Tsuro, CEO, eHub [consent to publish pending]
