Communities
Eight functions. One discipline.
A community is the group of leaders who carry the same mandate: the CHROs, the CISOs, the CFOs. Each one runs its own programmes, in each of our four regions, under the same rules. You join one community, or more than one if your role spans them.

How a community forms
Communities open when the room is ready, not when the calendar says so.
Two minutes: role, organisation size, region, and the three questions you most want to put to peers.
Every registration is checked against the same criteria used for running communities. When a region has enough qualified leaders, a date is set.
The founding delegates vote on the ten topics and nominate peer facilitators. The first programme runs on the standard half-day format.
